NCTI's Crossroads Certification takes the Real Colors® principles a step further, teaching individuals within your organization how to successfully facilitate NCTI's Criminogenic Specific curricula for adult and juvenile offenders. Agencies often include other personnel in the training program in addition to those planning to conduct the actual classes.
