NCTI's Real Colors® Personality Instrument is a powerful tool that helps education professionals identify and address individual learning styles based on temperament. Participants will first discover their own natural teaching and coaching style.

As the workshop progresses, educators will learn a variety of techniques for adapting their teaching and coaching style to the particular learning styles of students, parents, and coworkers. These techniques eventually become second nature, enhancing and improving the working relationship that exists between teachers, students, parents, and coworkers.
