This fast-paced, highly interactive workshop requires active participation - there is no sitting on the sidelines. Participants analyze, discuss and practice coaching strategies and techniques that can help them improve communication skills and better motivate their staff members. Everyone has the chance to try the techniques and receive constructive feedback that can help them to hone their new skills.

In NCTI's Real Colors®, Real Coaching workshop, participants will:

• Learn the difference between leading and coaching.
• Identify when to use leadership strategies and techniques versus coaching strategies and techniques.
• Practice coaching techniques and receive feedback.
