Crossroads Certification Training

Completing the Certified Facilitator training with the National Curriculum Training Institute (NCTI) has been an enriching and professionally affirming experience. As the Founder and CEO of Tailored Notions 4 Life, LLC, my work centers on trauma informed coaching, grief and anger support, and staff development. This training aligned seamlessly with my commitment to providing structured, dignity centered pathways for personal growth and accountability.
