Crossroads Webinar: Program Implementation

Building a successful and long-term program, from the ground up, is no easy endeavor. It takes time and careful consideration of key elements when creating a program that consistently reduces recidivism and protects the community.

We are here to help! Join us for our upcoming webinar and learn from a panel of experts who will share their experiences in creating success for their clients, departments, and communities.

The panel:

Teresa Carrigan is a 48 green – logical, justice seeking, critical thinker – who has spent most of her career working with delinquent youth and their families. She has a dual degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice but credits her training in Real Colors temperament theory with being the most important, applicable piece of information she has ever learned. “Once I knew the ‘why’ of me, my world totally changed, and I knew I would spend the rest of my career bringing it to others”. She and her co-facilitator, Luke McKay, were trained as cognitive facilitators in 2014 and have worked through many barriers to build a relevant and sustainable program in their community.

Brianna Kulp is a Reentry Parole Agent at SCI Phoenix in Collegeville, PA. She has spent the last six years with Pennsylvania State Parole, five of which she worked in Philadelphia doing community supervision. Prior to her work with parole, she worked in Mental Health and Emergency Services. As a Reentry Parole Agent, she facilitates groups and workshops to assist men with their successful transition from the institution to the community. Brianna is very passionate about her work and enjoys working with this population.

Missy Repsher, Director of Reentry Operations, for the Department of Corrections, oversees specialized agents inside 24 State Correctional Institutions and 20 state field parole offices.  She has worked with the state Office of the Victim Advocate, PA Probation and Parole and the Department of Corrections for 25 years.  Prior, she began her career providing 10 years of direct services in the field of victim services.  She has been involved with the implementation of NCTI programs since 2010
