Do I need to purchase the new Certification Handbook to continue facilitating?

No. You can continue facilitating with your current handbook. However, both you and your participants will benefit from the updates and improvements included in the new edition. Purchasing the updated version is encouraged, if possible.

It's been a long time since I last facilitated. Am I still certified?

Great question! Please reach out to your Account Manager or email info@realcolors.org to confirm your certification status. If it’s been more than three years since you last facilitated, a simple recertification process may be required. If it has been over five years, recertification is required based on your training agreement.

I'm having trouble logging into the Real Colors website to purchase the new Certification Handbook. What should I do?

If you’re eligible for a free handbook, you should have received an email with a claim form link. Please complete the form by August 7th. If you didn’t receive the email, contact info@realcolors.org.
