The Great Real Colors Debate
What We Think We Know About the Four Colors
What if one of the biggest risks of understanding Real Colors… is believing we understand people too quickly?
Real Colors help us recognize patterns. Patterns become assumptions. Assumptions become our reality.
And before long, we find ourselves thinking: “I know exactly why they did that.”
The longer we work with Real Colors, the easier it becomes to make quick assumptions about ourselves and others. Sometimes those assumptions are incredibly helpful. Sometimes they make us laugh. And sometimes they quietly become stereotypes that shape how we see people.
This month, we’re doing something a little different.
Through a series of fun debates, surprising questions, and a few friendly disagreements, we’ll challenge some assumptions, test a few long-held beliefs, and explore an important question: How do we use Real Colors to better understand people without assuming we already know them?
Come prepared to laugh, defend your opinions, challenge a few assumptions, and maybe rethink some of the things you thought you knew about Real Colors.
Because understanding tendencies is helpful.
Believing we already know someone because of their Primary Color is something entirely different.
