Let’s Shake It Up a Bit

For this energizer ask participants to spread out around the available space.

Instruct the participants to follow your lead.

  • Hold out your right arm/hand and shake it for a count of 5.
  • Hold out your left arm/hand and shake it for a count of 5.
  • Hold out your right leg/foot and shake it for a count of 5.
  • Hold out your left leg/foot and shake it for a count of 5.

For the next round . . .

  • Hold out your right arm/hand and shake it for a count of 4.
  • Hold out your left arm/hand and shake it for a count of 4.
  • Hold out your right leg/foot and shake it for a count of 4.
  • Hold out your left leg/foot and shake it for a count of 4.

Continue this pattern but for each successive round decrease your count by one until you get down to 1.
