Real Leadership Cohort
In Partnership with NAPE – National Association of Probation Executives
Attention emerging leaders in probation, parole, and community corrections:
Are you ready to grow your career, lead with confidence, and stand out in your field? This is your opportunity.
The Real Colors Leadership Cohort is an interactive, high-impact program designed specifically for professionals like you—those ready to build on their strengths, elevate their leadership skills, and make a lasting impact in community supervision.
This cohort-based experience combines the proven power of Real Colors with practical leadership development. You’ll engage with peers across the country, gain real-world tools, and develop a stronger sense of who you are as a leader—and how to lead others more effectively.
Over a series of four 3-hour virtual workshops, you will:
- Discover your Real Colors spectrum.
- Define leadership in a way that can be succinctly communicated to others in your organization.
- Explain your leadership strengths by reflecting on your natural leadership preferences.
- Explore, practice, and apply skills related to public speaking and active listening in community supervision settings.
- Expand your ability to empower your team members, based on how they need to be motivated.
- Create a personal leadership plan tailored to your role in community supervision.
New to Real Colors? No problem.
